She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, a professional postgraduate degree in Economics, and the title of Senior Lecturer. Since 2013, she has been actively involved in the development of lifelong learning programmes through her work at Business Academy Rijeka (P.A.R. Ltd.), specialising in education development, publishing, and business consulting.

She possesses strong communication and presentation skills, as well as expertise in problem-solving, conflict management, and strategic planning. Her work is characterised by a clear ability to identify stakeholder needs, develop innovative educational programmes, and anticipate future business opportunities. She serves as Vice President of the PAR Institute for Lifelong Learning and has been a long-standing member of organising committees for international conferences and the SenZations Summer School, co-funded through EU projects.

Her areas of expertise include lifelong learning programme development, e-learning, publishing, capacity building, leadership, and professional development. She has participated in the preparation of numerous project proposals and business plans and is also active in seminar delivery, training, and graphic design. She is the author and co-author of several scientific and professional papers in marketing and e-learning, as well as a university textbook. Her work is driven by integrating academic knowledge with practical skills to deliver high- quality educational programmes aligned with the needs of the modern economy.
