Since 2014, the Women without PARdon conference, organised by PAR University of Applied Sciences, has brought together successful, bold, and authentic women who inspire, lead, and create change in their world. Initiated by the PAR’s Dean, Assoc. Prof. Gordana Nikolić, PhD, and inspired by her own professional journey and recognition as Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015, the conference has grown into a recognised space for dialogue, empowerment, and mutual support. Traditionally held in November to mark Women’s Entrepreneurship Day, the conference promotes female leadership and provides a platform for open discussions on challenges, achievements, and the role of women in entrepreneurship, science, culture, and public life. Through panel discussions, lectures, and informal conversations, participants can learn from one another, exchange experiences, and build valuable professional and personal connections.
A central part of the conference is the PARdonna Award, presented to a woman whose work, dedication, and authenticity have made a lasting impact in her community. In addition, through the programme “For the Next Generation of Women Entrepreneurs”, PAR University awards student scholarships to support the education and development of future female leaders.

Women without PARdon is both an inspiration and a call to action – a reminder that change begins with individual initiative, but gains strength through community. As the only higher education institution in the region with a clear mission of empowering women, PAR has, through this conference, built a community that encourages authenticity, courage, and mutual support.
