Publishing Activity

Scientific and professional work form the core of academic activity at PAR University of Applied Sciences. We continuously encourage our academic staff and collaborators to participate in scientific and professional conferences and to publish their work, thereby creating a platform for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experience at both national and international levels. Active participation in academic networks and collaboration with international partners further strengthens PAR University’s visibility and impact within the European and global higher education landscape.

As part of its publishing activity, PAR produces two key academic and professional publications:

Proceedings of the PILC International Conference

This publication brings together papers on leadership, management, entrepreneurship, innovation, and education. The proceedings reflect current trends and perspectives, and their interdisciplinary nature makes them a relevant resource for both researchers and practitioners across various fields of business and education.

PILC

Journal of Business Paradigm

An international, peer-reviewed, open-access scientific journal published since 2016, issued twice a year (June and December) in English. The journal covers topics in finance, marketing, organisational behaviour, information systems, risk management, and insurance, with a focus on the application of theory in real business contexts. All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process, ensuring a high standard of academic quality and objectivity.

PAR Journal

Our active publishing activity reflects our commitment to excellence, international collaboration, and the integration of scientific knowledge into the educational process. In this way, we further strengthen PAR University of Applied Sciences’ position as a modern academic community where knowledge is continuously created, developed, and shared.
