Monica is responsible for managing and administering study programmes, coordinating academic processes, and providing support to students and teaching staff. She holds a degree in Business Management from PAR University of Applied Sciences and has completed an MBA in International Marketing, following prior education in Public Relations and Media Studies.
Throughout her professional career, she has gained experience in marketing and public relations. Alongside her work in academia, she also develops her own
entrepreneurial projects. She has delivered training in marketing and business communication and is the author of professional papers on communication and marketing, including internal communication and the effectiveness of various marketing channels in business.
She is passionate about travelling and exploring new cultures, with a particular fondness for Spain, where she completed part of her academic education. Music has also played a significant role in her life – from an early age in children’s choirs to her secondary education, during which she simultaneously attended the First Croatian Gymnasium in Rijeka and a secondary music school, specialising in solo singing and the theoretical-pedagogical programme. For this reason, don’t be surprised if you hear loud music coming from her office.
