Dr Jasmina Mutabžija is a legal expert specialising in intellectual property law, legal aspects of digital technologies, and contract law. She earned her PhD from the Faculty of Law at the University of Zagreb in corporate and commercial law, and holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law (summa cum laude) from the University of Turin. She has further specialised at the Max Planck Institute for Innovation and Competition in Munich and brings over 15 years of experience at the intersection of law, technology, and digital business. Alongside her academic work, she is actively involved in the Croatian IT industry as a legal advisor and executive in companies developing software, hosting infrastructure, and legal tech solutions.
At PAR University of Applied Sciences, she teaches law courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels and contributes to lifelong learning programmes. Her research focuses on intellectual property law and the legal implications of digital technologies and artificial intelligence. She is also the creator of Pravomat.hr, one of Croatia’s first legal tech tools for automated legal document generation.
