PAR University has extensive experience implementing international projects, with more than 50 Erasmus+ initiatives successfully completed. Through projects within KA1, KA2, KA3, and Erasmus+ Sport, PAR actively contributes to the development of education, entrepreneurship, and social innovation at the European level. Our team continuously designs and delivers projects aligned with the community’s needs, combining academic expertise with a practical approach. Key areas of focus include the development of entrepreneurial competences, support for women in entrepreneurship, promotion of sport and mental health, improvement of dual education systems in the Western Balkans, inclusion of vulnerable groups in the labour market, and sustainable development. We are also involved in projects related to digital transformation, artificial intelligence, green economy, and socially responsible business practices.
In addition, PAR participates in the Horizon Europe programme, focusing on innovative education models, digitalisation, and collaboration between academia and the business sector.
